Australia has seen a 200 percent increase in tourism. “Lets Go to Australia” is designed to meet the increasing needs of those who consider Australia a must see destination. By providing free information “Lets Go to Australia” will be a key provider for travelers.
Tulsa, OK (PRWEB) March 17, 2007
Australian tourism has seen a dramatic increase of 200 percent in the last decade. Australia’s beautiful beaches and wide range of eco-tourism is drawing crowds from around the world. David Frederick was one of those travelers who ended up living in Australia and wants to share his love of the country. Lets Go to Australia uses his experience to teach tricks and insights to make a traveler’s trip to Australia more fulfilling.
Australia, with all its benefits, does have some pitfalls. The weather being on of them. One couple went to the Great Barrier Reef for their honeymoon. No one told them it was monsoon season. The couple spent five days in rain and never saw the reef. David hopes to help travelers avoid these situations but by providing free information to those looking to go Down Under.
David says that Australia should be the first choice of everyone to visit in their lifetime and that he wants to make sure it’s the best trip of their life. Australia is such a big place with an array of travel choices that the traveler can easily spend to much money and wasted time if they are not educated on their options.

Murdoch University Strengthens Scholarship Scheme to Help Students Study in Australia

Help is available for students wanting to study in Australia at Murdoch University.
Perth, Western Australia (PRWEB) August 10, 2011
Murdoch University is helping more international students who want to study in Australia by broadening the scope of its International Discoverers Scholarship Scheme.
The scholarship scheme, launched last year, is designed to make studying at Murdoch University more affordable at a time when the strong Australian dollar could mean that families across the globe are considering alternatives to Australia for higher education.
The scheme already applies to a wide range of Murdoch University courses at undergraduate level and has this year been broadened to include many postgraduate level degrees to start in 2012.
Depending on the course selected, the International Discoverers Scholarship Scheme allows for a reduction in annual course fees from between AUD $500 and AUD $5,500.
Professor Gary Martin, Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor, said: “The high Australian dollar is not good news for the parents of students who have worked all their lives to ensure their son or daughter can come to Australia to study.
“The International Discoverers Scholarship Scheme is designed to help these families, who, through no fault of their own, are currently not in a position to realise the dream of having their son or daughter study in Australia.”
Part scholarships are also available to all students who apply for entry into an eligible undergraduate, postgraduate or study abroad program at Murdoch University for commencement in either semester one or two in 2012.
The scholarship will be applied to the annual published course fee for the duration of the degree. A full list of scholarship opportunities can be found at Murdoch University’s dedicated website.
“Murdoch University’s international onshore commencements increased around eight per cent in semester one in 2011 and we are anticipating an increase of 15 per cent as this intake comes to a close,” added Professor Martin.
“While the scholarship scheme is not the only reason for this growth, students have told us they are pleased our university is recognising the hardship their families are experiencing.”
